ORADELL, NJ—NorthMarq Capital's New Jersey office has arranged a $16.5 million refinancing for the New Jersey Health Care Center, a 75,000-square-foot medical office building at 680 Kinderkamack Road in Oradell, NJ. The building's physician-owner turned around the property's flagging occupancy from 54% to over 90%.

MONTCLAIR, NJ—The Pinnacle Companies and The Hampshire Companies will partner in a joint venture to develop The MC hotel in Montclair. Chicago-based Aparium Hotel Group will manage the hotel. The 148-room luxury boutique hotel will break ground in the spring of 2015, and will include a rooftop bar, farm-to-table restaurant, conference center and a public art atrium.
